Privacy policy

What we collect

Your email address, the country you select, and a device fingerprint used to detect duplicate accounts. We also record your activity on the platform: accrual, taps, tasks, referrals, booster purchases and withdrawal requests.

Verification documents

If you verify your identity we collect your name, document type and number, country, photographs of that document, and a selfie.

This is the most sensitive data we hold. It is used only to decide whether to approve your verification and to satisfy the obligations that come with paying people out.

How we use it

To run your account, calculate rewards, detect abuse and duplicate accounts, review verification, and process withdrawals. We do not sell your data.

Who else sees it

The wallet address and amount of a withdrawal are written to a public blockchain and are permanently visible to anyone. Nothing else about you is published.

We use infrastructure providers to host the service, who process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept while your account exists and afterwards where records of payouts must be retained. Verification documents are kept for as long as required for that purpose and no longer.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Deletion requests are limited by records we are required to keep, and cannot remove anything already written to the blockchain.
